How does the Yellow Label City Arrow Personalisation work?
Our team of professionals will personalize your yellow label personalisable city arrow with the name of a country, region or city from the drop-down available. The arrow illustrates the distance to your destination of choice from Reims, the unofficial capital of the Champagne wine-growing region.
Your personalisation message must be a available from the drop-down available with a maximum of 15 letters. The distance printed on the arrow will be from your selected destination to Reims. Your personalisation message will be in all capitals.
Please carefully check all details are correct prior to adding to cart. Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled and there can be no changes to the personalization message included for the arrow. Moët Hennessy cannot be held responsible for personalisation errors made during the order process. The picture generated on the product page is for display purposes only and the final result may differ from the generated picture.
What will my order arrive in?
Your order will be delivered in sustainable outer packaging. Bottles are delivered without giftbox unless expressly stated.
Single personalized bottles will be delivered in an innovative roller package that is an eco-friendly, recyclable option with no plastic. Your package may also be wrapped in a bio-degradable bubble wrap alternative, made with 100% recyclable kraft paper or compost compatible air cushions. Veuve Clicquot encourages you to recycle your other packaging.
What does pre-order mean?
Items available for pre-order have very limited quantities and are currently on their way to Australia. Estimated delivery months are stated on the product page, however these are estimates only and Moet Hennessy cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments.

Please put the recipient's name, address and mobile number as the ‘Shipping Address’ in the delivery section.
Please note, the email address will receive a confirmation email of your order, so if this is a surprise gift, make sure you put your own.
Please note; the intended recipient or someone over 18 must be at the delivery address to receive the package. The package cannot be left unattended.
I do not have a physical home or work address; can I still place an order?
Unfortunately, we require a physical home or work address to deliver the gift boxes. Purchasers must provide a physical address and not a PO Box.
Can I return my personalized arrow?
You may not cancel an order for personalised products. However, we do provide refunds or exchanges where personalised products supplied are not of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose. If you have received a personalised product that is not of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose, please contact us.
During peak times e.g. Christmas, we have extended delivery dates for personalised products if you require your personalised product urgently, please call our Customer Care Advisors to discuss your requirements.
